Any clients entering our property must fill out a one time waiver, and those lessoning will be required to fill out a contract. Helmets are REQUIRED under 18 years of age, those over 18 may choose to waive this. Parents/Guardians are required to be present for all riders under the age of 16.

Riders must be prepared (tacked and in proper riding attire) prior to the lesson time. New clients are required to schedule a 'meet and greet' session before the first lesson/ride. This is to establish policies, introduce you to your lesson horse/ discuss your currrent horse, discuss goals and expectations you may have for Sage and Spur.

At this time Sage and Spur accepts payment in the form of Cash or Venmo. All sessions and packages must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to your first session. Lesson packages DO have an expiration date: for 4 lesson packages, they must be used within a 6 week time period. For 8 lesson packages, they must be used within a 10 week time period.

Any lesson or training session that is canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be rescheduled to a new date. If you cancel within the 24 hours, there will be a 50% charge of your lesson/ride fee. We understand emergencies and mother nature wait for no one- we handle these situations on a case by case basis. Sage and Spur prides itself on always keeping an open line of communication.
